Greenwich, CT, September 12, 2008 — Greenwich AeroGroup, Inc. today announced that effective immediately Gerald Goguen has been named Executive Vice President of the company. Mr. Goguen will be responsible for developing and implementing the company’s strategic initiatives, both in the United States and internationally, to drive organic growth and the company’s strategy of growth through acquisitions.

Mr. Goguen is a customer service professional and international aviation executive with more than 30 years of experience in the aviation industry. He comes to the company from Dassault Falcon where he served in a number of senior executive capacities since 1996. Most recently Mr. Goguen was Senior Vice President of Global Customer Relations and Business Strategy and prior to that he was Senior Vice President Customer Service.

While at Dassault Falcon, Mr. Goguen managed support for all Dassault Falcon aircraft in the Western Hemisphere, Pacific Rim and Asia and was responsible for the Falcon service center network, component repair facilities and spare parts distribution, among other duties. Mr. Goguen has also served on numerous industry maintenance, operations and quality committees.
