Boeing Awards Five-year Contract to HBD/Thermoid Inc.

HBD/Thermoid to supply environmental aviation ducting products to Boeing for on-board ventilation use in commercial airliners.

CHANUTE, KS -- Officials at HBD/Thermoid Inc., a subsidiary of HBD Industries Inc., announce the award of a five-year contract with the Boeing Company to supply environmental aviation ducting products to Boeing for on-board ventilation use in their commercial airline models 737, 747, 767, 777, and the 787 Dreamliner.

"The employees of HBD/Thermoid’s Chanute Plant are very pleased with being awarded this five year contract by The Boeing Company," says Tom Wilson, General Manager of HBD/Thermoid Inc.
