MOORESVILLE, NC, and HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA -- Anpath Group Inc. announces that its wholly-owned subsidiary, EnviroSystems Inc. (ESI), has entered into a Teaming Agreement with Bio-Clean International Inc. through its affiliated entity, American Bio-Clean Corporation (ABC).

American Bio-Clean will be the exclusive distributor of EnviroSystems' EnviroTru disinfectant and deodorizing cleaner and EnviroTru 1453 (for aviation applications) to federal government facilities, including military customers world-wide. American Bio-Clean, which is a Certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB), has been fulfilling government contracts for nearly 10 years. ABC has a client base that consists of private corporations and various military branches including: U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U. S. Army, Defense Logistics Agency, and Naval Air Systems Command. Bio-Clean International and its affiliated entities offer non-toxic environmental safe cleaning products and systems including its exclusive, aqueous-based, non-toxic bioremediation fluids and custom parts, and weapons washing/cleaning systems.
