Delta Extends Maintenance Agreements With Two Georgia-owned Airlines

Maintenance pacts expanded with World Airways and North American Airlines.

ATLANTA -- Delta Air Lines Inc. said Thursday it has expanded its maintenance pacts with World Airways and North American Airlines.

The two new contracts, valued at more than $200 million, have been extended by five years, Atlanta-based Delta said.

Delta's maintenance division, known as Delta TechOps, will provide component repair, engine repair and maintenance and inventory exchange programs for the two Georgia-based carriers.
