Delta Air Lines Inc.'s maintenance unit has reached an agreement for servicing Hawaiian Airlines planes, a deal that could be worth as much as $500 million.

Atlanta-based Delta said Wednesday that the Delta TechOps memorandum of understanding with Honolulu-based Hawaiian Airlines includes support for Hawaiian's new Airbus 330-200 fleet and an extension of an existing support agreement for Hawaiian's Boeing 767 fleet.
