FlightSafety Promotes Nora Ann Brozek to Assistant Manager, Tucson Learning Center

Her career with FlightSafety began at the Tucson Learning Center in 2005.

LaGuardia Airport, New York (August 18, 2009) – FlightSafety International is pleased to announce that Nora Ann Brozek has been promoted to Assistant Manager of the company’s Learning Center in Tucson, Arizona.

“Nora Ann’s experience in operations and marketing, management capabilities and commitment to excellence in Customer service made her an ideal choice for Assistant Manager of the Tucson Center,” said Greg McGowan, Vice President Operations.

She joined the United States Air National Guard and began her professional career in aviation in 1998. She flew for a number of Aviation Service providers until transitioning from the National Guard to active duty with the United States Air Force in the year 2000. She flew a variety of aircraft including the T-37, T-38A, B and C models and A-10 and became Assistant Chief of Wing Scheduler at Davis Monthan Air Force base in Arizona.

Her career with FlightSafety began at the Tucson Learning Center in 2005. Nora Ann was promoted from her role as an instructor to Program Manager for the Center’s Bombardier Learjet 31A, Learjet 55 and Learjet 60 training programs in 2006, and then to Product Marketing Manager in 2007. She continues to serve as a guardsman in the Air National Guard as KC-135 aircraft commander, Life Support Officer and Flight Commander.

Nora Ann received an Associates Degree from Davis College in Toledo, Ohio and graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Professional Aeronautics with a minor in Aviation Safety. She has over 5,000 hours flying military and civilian including 3,600 as pilot in command. She is type rated on Learjet and Cessna Citation aircraft and holds Airline Transport Pilot, Single, Multi Engine and Airmen certificates.

FlightSafety’s Tucson learning Center provides training for Bombardier Learjet 25, 31A, 35, 45, 55 and 60 aircraft as well as the Challenger 601-3A and 604. The Center recently added an advanced Flight Training Device for the Eurocopter AS350 helicopter.
