LaGuardia Airport, New York (December 14, 2009) – FlightSafety International is pleased to announce that Patrick Dulac has been promoted to Manager of the company’s Learning Center located at the Paris-LeBourget airport in France.

He replaces Richard Deuve who has left the company to pursue other interests. “We thank Richard for his service and wish him well in his future endeavors,” added McGowan.
Patrick joined FlightSafety at the Paris Center in 1998 as an instructor for the Embraer 120 and ERJ 145 aircraft training programs. He held a number of progressively responsible positions including Program Manager and Director of Training before being promoted to his most recent role as Assistant Center Manager of the Paris Center in 2002.
Prior to joining FlightSafety, Patrick flew as a Captain for the Presidential Air Fleet of Gabon following his 18 year career with the French Air Force. While in the Air Force he served as a flight instructor at several military bases, was Squadron leader of the Central Flying School in Cognac, France and attained the rank of Captain prior to leaving the service in 1992.
He holds a Multi-Engine Air Transport Pilot license and is qualified as a Type Rating Examiner (TRE) by the Civil Aviation Authority in the United Kingdom and as a Training Center Examiner by the United States Federal Aviation Administration. Patrick studied at the University of Paris receiving a Baccalaureate (Bachelor’s degree) in science.
FlightSafety’s Paris –LeBourget Center is a center of excellence for Dassault Falcon aircraft. It offers a full range of training for pilots, maintenance technicians, and flight attendants using flight simulators for the Falcon 10, Falcon 20, Falcon 50 and 50EX, Falcon 2000, 2000EX and 2000EX EASy, Falcon 900, 900EX and 900EX EASy.
The Paris-LeBourget Center also provides comprehensive training for the Cessna Citation I, Citation II and Citation V.
