Aerosource Inc. Receives Gold Boeing Performance Excellence Award

Somerset, NJ – Aerosource Inc. today announced that it has received a 2009 Boeing Performance Excellence Award. The Boeing Company issues the award annually to recognize suppliers who have achieved superior performance. Aerosource Inc. maintained a Gold composite performance rating for each month of the 12-month performance period, from October 1, 2008 to September 30, 2009.

Aerosource is one of only 128 suppliers to receive the Gold level of recognition.

Aerosource Inc. is the original equipment manufacturer for the DC10, MD10, MD11 and KC10 Air Driven Generator and Voltage Regulator Assemblies. Additionally, the company is the OEM for Ram Air Turbines, Air Driven Generators and various other components with military application.

Aerosource’s MRO Division is an FAA and EASA certified Third Party Repair Station, holding a Class I, II and III Unlimited Accessory Rating. The MRO Division specializes in the repair and overhaul of Ram Air Turbines, Air Driven Generators, Integrated Drive Generators, APU Generators, Starters and Hydraulic components for Commercial, Cargo, Regional, Military and Corporate aircraft.
