Vector Aerospace Authorized Honeywell Service Provider for ALF 502 and LF 507 Engines

The agreement includes exclusive Honeywell parts supply and a license to provide engine overhaul and repair services.

Fleetlands, UK – Vector Aerospace Corporation (Vector - www.vectoraerospace.com), one of the world’s leading independent providers of aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul services, announces that Vector Aerospace Engine Services UK Limited is now fully authorized under a license agreement with Honeywell to service Honeywell’s ALF 502 and LF 507 engines.

The agreement includes exclusive Honeywell parts supply and a license to provide engine overhaul and repair services, allowing Vector Aerospace to offer an enhanced level of service to the international ALF 502 and LF 507 customer base. “Vector Aerospace’s maintenance presence in Europe provides operators with an expanded choice of service providers for this regional platform,” said Mike Madsen, Vice President of Airlines for Honeywell Aerospace.

Honeywell’s ALF 502 and LF 507 engines are installed on British Aerospace BAe 146, RJ100 and RJ85 aircraft; there are more than 200 of these aircraft currently in service worldwide.
