Dallas, Texas…October 11, 2010…James Huntoon has joined BBA Aviation Engine Repair and Overhaul (ERO) company Dallas Airmotive as Regional Engine Manager representing Rolls-Royce Spey and Tay products and Pratt & Whitney Canada PW306A services. Huntoon will cover the Southeast, mid-Atlantic and some Midwest states of the USA.
“Jim has considerable experience in selling MRO services to corporate aviation,” commented Dennis DiMarco, BBA Aviation ERO Vice President Sales North America. “From his previous experience he knows the needs of this market and understands customer priorities. Jim will be a great asset for us and good partner for our customers.”
Huntoon is an industry veteran with 17 years of sales experience most recently as VP Sales for Comlux Aviation Services and prior with Gulfstream Aerospace and SimuFlite. In August of this year, he received a Masters of Aeronautical Science degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University where he also earned undergraduate degrees in management and business administration.
Huntoon is active as a volunteer member of the NBAA Maintenance Managers Committee (MMC). He holds a private pilot license. He will be based in central Florida.
