Greensboro, NC — Genesis Aviation, a FAA/EASA approved component repair station announced today that the company has expanded its operations to a larger, 50,000 sq. ft. facility, located near the Piedmont Triad International Airport in North Carolina.
The new headquarters, residing at 108 Landmark Drive in Greensboro, NC, underwent a six month period of extensive renovations, meticulously designed by President and CEO, Santiago A. Lluhi. “Genesis was formed with one goal in mind — to provide the finest quality workmanship and most scrupulous standards of customer support available in the aviation industry,” notes Lluhi. Adding “Genesis’ new home will give us the resources essential to assure we will continue to meet this goal indefinitely.”
The new location adds a generous 30,000 sq. ft. of shop and inventory space from the former building, providing the necessary means to support the repair station’s continuously growing capabilities, development into high flow pneumatics, new generation aircraft fuel components and furthering their expansion into new generation hydraulics, as well as the streamlining and expansion of many of its current processes.
Genesis temporarily closed for two days and resumed operations on July 12, 2010, after being granted a continuation of its Air Agency Certificate by the FAA at the new location.
“We strive to know our customers so well that we can predict their needs and proactively adapt our business accordingly” says Lluhi. The CEO describes the new building as exemplifying the extent to which Genesis is willing to grow and reinvent itself for its customers.
