Pelican Appoints Jeff Cushing As Vice President of Information Technology
TORRANCE, CA – March 7, 2011 – Pelican Products, the global leader in the design and manufacture of advanced lighting systems and virtually indestructible cases, has appointed Jeff Cushing as Vice President of Information Technology.

As Vice President of Information Technology, Jeff Cushing brings several years of information systems management experience. He is responsible for leading Pelican’s information technology department, which serves the project management, information security, telecommunications and infrastructure of their global operations. He is also responsible for the rollout and management of the company’s ERP software – SAP.
Cushing previously held positions at Hughes Aircraft, IBM, Farmers Insurance Group, Archive Incorporated and Business.com. Most recently, he was Director of Information Technology at LRN, a successful provider of online business ethics education programs for Fortune 1000 companies. While there, he successfully managed a team of twenty professionals responsible for the corporate and production infrastructures in three data centers and five business offices located in three countries.
Cushing holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado in Computer–based Information Systems.
