São José dos Campos, May 3, 2011 – Embraer is conducting its Embraer Executive Operators Conference (EEOC) 2011 for Europe, the Middle-East and Africa (EMEA) operators May 3-5, in Paris, France. The seventh edition of this event will cover the latest technical, maintenance and flight operations updates with Phenom 100, Phenom 300, Legacy 600, and Legacy 650 customers.

“Once again, this annual face-to-face meeting with our executive jet customers confirms the importance Embraer places on the exchange of information and ideas with its large network of operators in the region,” said Antonio Martini Neto, Embraer Vice President, Customer Support & Services for Europe, the Middle East and Africa – Executive Jets. “It is also a good opportunity for owners and operators to network and share experiences with each other and Embraer’s authorized service centers and suppliers.”

Embraer has delivered more than 140 Phenom, Legacy and Lineage executive jets to customers in the EMEA region. The super midsize Legacy 600 became the first member of the Embraer executive jets portfolio to make its debut, in 2002. Today, 90 of these aircraft, seven large Legacy 650s, and six ultra-large Lineage 1000s are flying within EMEA, while the Phenom family is well represented with 33 entry level Phenom 100s and seven light Phenom 300s.

Embraer maintains a global network with more than 45 owned and authorized service centers for its executive jets. This network is complemented by a 24-hour Customer Contact Center at the Company’s headquarters in São José dos Campos, Brazil, which provides assistance to Embraer executive jet customers anywhere in the world, anytime of the day.

To enhance communication with its operators, Embraer conducts EEOC events worldwide – including in Asia Pacific, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and North America. This year, Embraer will host seven EEOCs: Brazil, in August; North America, in September and October; Asia Pacific, in October and November; and EMEA, May 3-5, in Paris, and October 24-26, in Dubai.
