CRS Jet Spares and Gulfstream Aerospace Sign MOU
FORT LAUDERDALE, FL (September 9, 2011) – CRS Jet Spares, a leading business aviation aftermarket parts supplier, and Airframe Manufacturer Gulfstream Aerospace of Savannah, GA, have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU).
“This agreement is another step in the efforts of the two companies to continue to provide the highest level of aftermarket support possible in the business aviation industry” stated CRS Jet Spares, C.E.O. Armando Leighton, Jr.
As a Gulfstream Aerospace approved supplier, CRS Jet Spares specializes in support including GII, GIII and GIV models. In 2009, CRS made a significant investment by purchasing a large inventory of factory new material from Gulfstream to support the GII and GIII models. Since that time, the relationship between the two companies has been one of seeking to mutually enhance the support for these classic model Gulfstreams. The MOU will allow CRS to promote, utilize and provide many Gulfstream services direct to operators. “We are aware of the commitment level required to meet the expectations of Gulfstream Aerospace in their aftermarket support programs and appreciate the opportunity to continue to be a part of their efforts” beamed Leighton, Jr.
