Liberty Property leases warehouse space at TPA

Liberty Property Trust has leased 21,112 square feet of warehouse space to First Class Moving Systems Inc. on a three-year contract at a property near Tampa International Airport in Florida, the Tampa Bay Business Journal reported Dec. 31. As part of the deal, First Class, which also leases 32,200 square feet at a nearby location, has the option to take on an additional 40,000 square feet at the property.
