TAV establishes company to operate Adnan Menderes Airport

Airports operator TAV Havalimanlari Holding informed in a filing with the Istanbul Stock Exchange that it established a company, namely TAV Ege Terminal Yatirim Yapim ve Isletme, in order to operate Izmir's Adnan Menderes Airport. TAV Ege is fully-owned by TAV Havalimanlari Holding and it will operate with a paid in capital of TRY 1mn (EUR 0.4mn), the statement detailed. Please note that TAV signed a concession agreement earlier this month to operate the international and domestic terminals of Adnan Menderes Airport until 2032.
