Signature Flight Support acquires majority stake in Arrindell Aviation Services

Signature Flight Support Corporation, a subsidiary of BBA Aviation plc, has acquired a majority stake in Arrindell Aviation Services N.V., a provider of flight support services. Both the companies are based in the US. BBA Aviation is a UK-based aviation services company, while Signature Flight Support is a provider of fixed-base operation (FBO) and distribution network for business aviation services.
