Noblis, Inc., a provider of science, technology, and strategy services to the federal government, announced that they have been awarded the prime contract to provide support services for the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA's) Enterprise Communications Support Services (ECSS) contract.

Under the ECSS contract, Noblis said it will provide a range of technology management support to the FAA's Air Traffic Control (ATC) Communications Services organization. Noblis' support to the FAA will include systems engineering, acquisition and program management services, operations management and support, business and financial management, information systems development, and management studies and analyses. Noblis will support knowledge transfer of the latest technologies, methods, approaches, and products that will lead to new solutions and best practices for the FAA and support the NextGen Enabling Programs. The ECSS contract will be the primary means for the ATC Communications Services Directorate to obtain technical services and provides a single point of accountability across the ATC Communications enterprise. This 7-year contract has a potential value of $350 million.
