Ports Authority is Allowing USG to Continue Service Despite Application Deficiencies

Commonwealth Ports Authority is allowing USG Investments Inc. to provide ground-handling services for Cape Air, despite missing information from its application, to prevent disruption of operations for the carrier.

USG has until the last day in Dec. to submit the requirements related to insurance, minimum equity, etc. or the CPA will be forced to deny its permit.
