Menzies Aviation and IHD, the internationally renowned specialist for PRM (Passengers with Reduced Mobility) assistance at European airports for over 20 years, have signed a covenant to work together to address the upcoming PRM tenders which form part of new EU legislation. The Regulation 1107/2006 becomes effective in July 2008 and focuses on improving quality levels, providing a seamless service and working with the airport operators as steering/managing bodies.
IHD also provides tailor-made consultancy on PRM related matters to airports. Menzies Aviation will work together with IHD, the experts in PRM handling on efficient manpower planning, quality management and optimal customer service in the airport environment.
