PARKAVION.HWD to add Phase II Hangars

Hayward, Calif. – Ascend Development, a California based airport real estate company specializing in state-of-the-art hangar solutions, today announced the availability of Phase II hangars at their PARKAVION.HWD facility, located at the Hayward Executive Airport In Hayward, CA.

Ascend Development will break ground on a $10 million, 80,000-square-foot facility in August 2005, with completion scheduled for November 2006. The new facility will be located on 3.5 acres of land adjacent to the existing PARKAVION.HWD facility. Like their popular Phase I project, Ascend will focus on security, privacy, architectural appeal and quality materials. The original facility, built in August of 2003 was sold out prior to completion, and 40% of the Phase II development has already been pre-sold.
