ITASCA - Those passing through the corridors of Milwaukee's General Mitchell International Airport are getting their information on new large-screen liquid crystal displays, NEC Display Solutions of America Inc. said on Wednesday.

As part of the airport's expansion project, NEC Display provided 46-inch screens that consolidate flight information from multiple carriers into a central portal and deliver Amtrak train information and visual paging for the hearing impaired.

The company said the displays feature longer product life, wide-angle viewing and no glare in areas of bright sunlight.
