Alpine Air Express Has Been Awarded a Contract to Continue Service in Hawaii

Alpine Air will be the service provider for two Hawaiian routes between Honolulu and Kamuela, and Honolulu and Lanai - Kalapapa - Molokai.

PROVO, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 22, 2005--Alpine Air, a subsidiary of Alpine Air Express Inc. (OTCBB: ALPE), and the third largest U.S. regional cargo airline by volume; and transportation logistics company, with a fleet of 26 airplanes, announces that the company has been awarded two contracts to continue service in the Hawaiian Islands. Alpine Air will be the service provider for two Hawaiian routes between Honolulu and Kamuela, and Honolulu and Lanai - Kalapapa - Molokai. A federal court in Washington, D.C., allowed the two routes to be awarded, where the court further ruled that four additional routes in Hawaii should be placed out for bid as well. The company is excited to participate in the bidding of these additional contracts.
