Command Security Lands Oakland International Account
Command Security Corp. (OTCBB:CMMD) announced today its expansion to Oakland International Airport as Aviation Safeguards, the company's aviation services division, has been awarded a three year contract to provide passenger services to a major domestic airline carrier at Oakland International Airport, commencing on May 1, 2006 with an annual contract value of approximately $1.7 million.
Commenting on the contract award, Martin C. Blake, Jr., Command's Chief Operating Officer said, "We are pleased to receive this contract award as Oakland International Airport will be our eleventh airport and will strengthen our west coast presence. Our strategic positioning efforts will enable Command to continue partnering with our clients, while maximizing our abilities through organic growth."
Command Security provides aviation and security guard services through company-owned offices in California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon and Pennsylvania.
