Comair, a US-based regional carrier and a unit of Delta Air Lines, has asked a bankruptcy court to reconsider its ruling not to let the airline terminate a contract with its flight attendants. The request to void the contract was rejected by Judge Adlai Hardin on April 26.
The judge said in the ruling that the airline had not bargained with the flight attendants' union in good faith, Reuters reported. The judge also instructed the two sides to resume negotiations.
