The Air Canada Pilots Association says it's done its part and Air Canada should reciprocate.
The union says it will meet with the airline next week to negotiate pay improvements. It hopes to reverse concessions imposed during the airline's bankruptcy proceedings in 2003 and 2004.
The airline was required to open talks on wages and pensions with the pilots in June.
