Pinnacle Sells Most of Unsecured Claim Against Northwest
NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Pinnacle Airlines said it sold $335 million of its $377.5 million unsecured claim against Northwest Airlines Corp., currently in Chapter 11 protection, for $283 million to several parties.
Pinnacle, which operates regional flights for Northwest as Northwest Airlink, said in a federal filing Tuesday that a hearing was set for Jan. 11 on the sale of the claim. The sale was made Jan. 3, according to Pinnacle.
