China Eastern, Shanghai Airlines order Blended Winglets

Aviation Partners Boeing has received orders for 737-700 and 737-800 Blended Winglets from two Chinese airlines, Shanghai Airlines and China Eastern Airlines.

Under the terms of the agreement, the aircraft purchased as part of China's 2006 order for 150 Boeing 737-NG aircraft will be equipped with Blended Winglet Technology when they enter service. With these orders at least 190 Boeing 737-NG aircraft in China will be equipped with winglets.

No financial details have been disclosed.
