Denver International Airport will soon boast a Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery, part of its ongoing effort to attract well-known concessions.
Rock Bottom is based in Louisville and has 29 locations in the United States.
HMSHost Corp. will open the DIA location in September. The company also recently opened two new Starbucks at the airport.
DIA is making an effort to add new concessions and shops operated by both local and well-known national companies.
In a recent survey, passengers gave some of the lowest marks to DIA's concession options. At the top of their wish list on the retail side: a Tattered Cover bookstore, a CVS Pharmacy and a Best Buy. For food and beverage concessions, they listed Starbucks, Cold Stone Creamery and Outback Steakhouse
