Northwest Airlines (Pink Sheets:NWACQ) has signed an agreement with China Airlines to launch cooperation between the two carriers, which is to be phased in over the summer. Northwest has said that the agreement between the two airlines includes enhanced frequent flyer benefits and lounge access for Northwest's WorldPerks members, as well as electronic ticketing and one-stop check-in for passengers connecting between flights operated by Northwest and China Airlines. The frequent flyer agreement will be implemented as of 1 August 2007.
