Northwest Airlines to start direct service between Minneapolis/St. Paul and Ottawa

Northwest Airlines (Pink Sheets:NWACQ) is to introduce a daily non-stop service between Minneapolis/St. Paul and Ottawa, Canada.

The new flight will launch on 1 August and will be operated by Northwest Airlink carrier Pinnacle Airlines using Canadair Regional Jet aircraft.

Northwest also offers three daily connecting flights between Minneapolis/St. Paul and Ottawa, via Detroit.
