Subsidiary of Annapolis-based ARINC Inc. develops airport business manager's aide
ARINC Managed Services, a subsidiary of Annapolis-based ARINC Inc., a provider of transportation communications and systems engineering, announced it has developed a service module designed to actively monitor the business processes involved in maintaining airport systems. The module is a full-service resource for the maintenance and support for all airport IT systems, from passenger check-in to parking access and revenue control systems. AMS officials said this is the first time business process management has been applied to the airports industry.
