American Airlines named one of Black Enterprise magazine's "15 Best Companies in Marketing Diversity"

American Airlines has been named one of Black Enterprise magazine's "15 Best Companies in Marketing Diversity".

The airline said the award was announced with the release of the July 2007 issue, featuring the magazine's third annual list of the best companies for diversity.

The selection process reportedly involved evaluating corporate programmes for advertising, promotions, community outreach and scholarships as well as independent data from sources such as TNS Media Intelligence.
