American Airlines to launch service between Lambert St. Louis International Airport and Abraham Lincoln Capital Airport

American Airlines has said that it intends to add direct service between Lambert St. Louis International Airport and Abraham Lincoln Capital Airport in Springfield, Illinois from 4 November.

The airline said AmericanConnection will operate the roundtrip service between the two cities with an ERJ-145 jet. Tickets will be available for sale beginning 2 September.
