Frontier to increase service to and from Denver
Frontier Airlines (Nasdaq: FRNT) has said that it is to add frequencies and/or capacity to 17 of its best performing domestic markets to and from Denver.
Frontier said that all of the mainline additions will be operated with its Airbus A319 and A318 fleet.
The carrier stated that the additions will be used to support the start up of its new subsidiary, Lynx Aviation. The new Lynx service, which is expected to begin in December 2007, represents an increase in the number of passengers who will connect via the Denver hub.
