For the first time ever, AVEX 2008 will be hosting the MENA Business Aviation Congress and the prestigious World Aviation Awards (WAA) ceremony. The Egyptian Minister of Civil Aviation, Ahmed Shafik, will open the Congress by briefing the audience on the state of the business aviation industry in the Middle East.
