OMAHA, Neb. --
Frontier Airlines is adding nonstop service from Omaha's Eppley Airfield to California and Florida next year.
The service will be offered three days a week to San Diego and Los Angeles beginning Jan. 15, and seasonal service to Orlando and St. Petersburg/Clearwater starting Feb. 14.
Starting Wednesday, introductory fares will be available for a limited time for $89 each way for the California flights. The fares will also be available for the Florida flights starting Sunday.
"With Frontier's new service, travelers can now fly nonstop to 20 destinations from Omaha. We appreciate Frontier's commitment and service to the Omaha metropolitan area," said Steve Coufal, executive director of the Omaha Airport Authority.
