A seasonal service to Portland International Airport is scheduled to start on 26 May 2011, followed on 17 June by services to Santiago in the Dominican Republic.

Flights to Santiago Cibao International Airport are planned to operate three times weekly, subject to government approval.

With these new routes JetBlue will serve a total of 42 nonstop destinations out of Boston Logan International Airport, which is more than any other carrier.
