AvStar Aviation Group, Inc. Pursues Conventional "Non-Conversion Rights" Financing

PR Newswire

HOUSTON, June 8, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- AvStar Aviation Group, Inc. (AvStar) (OTCQB: AAVG) today announced that it is providing documentation to potential lenders for two types of conventional "non-conversion" capital. Preliminary information has been submitted to secure SBA financing for the expansion of the company's operational capacity and also a revolving line of credit that will be secured by credit card receipts. AvStar's wholly owned subsidiary, Twin Air Calypso Limited, Inc. will use the capital for day-to-day operational requirements and aircraft refurbishment.

"With our profitable first quarter and overall revenue increases of 2011, I feel we have the basis to approach conventional sources for working capital. We will be working diligently to secure funds that will allow us to build upon our recent successes without affecting our share structure," said Clayton Gamber, CEO of AvStar Aviation Group, Inc.
