Greece Air Traffic Controllers strike cause British Airways to retime some of its services

British Airways on Thursday said that Greek air traffic controllers (ATC) are planning industrial action on 22 September 2011. Due to this British Airways has retimed some of its services to and from Greece to operate outside of strike times. Flights BA638 and BA640 will leave the UK at 11:10 and flights BA639 and BA641 will leave Greece at 18:25 and 17:45 respectively. Passengers are advised to check the status of their flight before leaving for the airport and to be aware that the strike may impact on public transport in Greece as well.
