Civil Aviation South East Asia Summit 2016

July 26, 2016 - July 28, 2016

Thailand to host a premier gathering for the aviation professionals at Civil Aviation South East Asia Summit 2016 (CASEA 2016). Officially supported by The Board of Airline Representatives Business Association (BAR), sponsored by Lufthansa Technik and FL TechnicsCASEA 2016 is going to take place during 26th - 28th July, 2016 in Bangkok, Thailand, a true heart of the South East Asia's aviation industry. The theme of this year's event is: Preparing the Growth for Tomorrow.

Thanks to rapid economic growth, urbanization, and swelling middle class, the aviation industry in South East Asia has recorded significant growth over the past few years and established itself as one of the world's fastest growing aviation markets, and still has huge potential for more rapid growth. For example, Boeing projects a demand for 3750 new aircrafts in South East Asia over the next 20 years, valued at US $550 billion. CASEA 2016 aims to discuss the current situation and inspire thoughts on the challenges and solutions facing SEA aviation industry.

Why Thailand?  Thailand, as home to the third busiest airport in South East Asia and the largest world's largest LCC airport, is the geographical center of South East Asia. As the principal government agency for encouraging investment, Thailand's Board of Investment (BOI) has put the promotion of the aviation and aerospace industry on top of its priority list for a long time. Since early 2015, BOI is considering building an Aerospace Industrial Estate starting with Tier 2 and Tier 3 suppliers servicing global OEM supply chains. The direct revenue impact could garner close to $86.6 billion in a 25-year time frame between 2019- 2045.

Featured speakers and attendees from civil aviation agencies, airlines, airport operators, MROs and training schools are invited from Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Cambodia, Myanmar, Japan, Singapore, etc. We are confident CASEA 2016 will offer attendees an unparalleled look into what's new and what's on the horizon in aviation industry in South East Asia.

We look forward to meeting you there!
