This course will provide education of ICAO & FAA SMS principles and critical insight into SMS industry best practices, tools and methodologies with real-world examples for a spectrum of airport sizes and categories. The curriculum is delivered by SMS experts licensed to provide SMS training by MITRE, the organization contracted by FAA to provide SMS support.
