Wayne Anaka has been in the ground handling/airline world for more than 40 years, including five years as the owner of a grooming ground handling company. He worked for Wardair for six years and Hudson General GlobeGround/Servisair for 30 years, where he grew from a Ramp Attendant to Director of Operations, including GSE maintenance oversight, to Director Ops Support. Anaka was a key player in the planning, start up and running of Toronto’s Central Deicing Facility, and he oversaw Canada's National Glycol recovery program for five years. Anaka has been involved in Aviation Consulting since 2010, and currently is CRO at his company AVCON.WW Inc.
