The firm’s approach proved crucial in the successful $400 million renovation of the International Monetary Fund’s Headquarters 1 in Washington, DC.

A specialist in rescuing projects that are behind schedule and over budget, Michael has successfully led the turnaround of several high-profile projects, including the Southwest Freeway Reconstruction Program in Texas, which earned him industry accolades and a feature in Engineering News-Record.

Michael earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Colorado State University. He is an active member of the New York Building Congress Board of Directors and has served on its Foundation Board of Governors.
