Softcapture Towbarless Vehicle Approved to Use on Embraer Aircraft

Tronair, Inc. (“Tronair”), a portfolio company of Golden Gate Capital is proud to announce that the Jetporter Softcapture towbarless vehicle is now approved to use on the Embraer Legacy family of aircraft.

Softcapture patented technology eliminates the need for straps and contact with the nose landing gear. All Eagle and Tronair towbarless vehicles have an exceptional turning radius and smooth deceleration. This model has the company's latest Zero Degree turning technology coupled with its Zero-emission 48V DC electric drive.

The Softcapture is assembled at the new facility in Swanton, Ohio, by the trusted team at Eagle Tugs. In addition to dual drive motors, this model will also come standard with regenerative braking, power steering and rear suspension.
