Organizers of the International GSE Expo, produced by Endeavor Business Media in partnership with IAEMA, announce the change in location for the 2021 event from the Rio All Suites Hotel and Casino to the new state-of-the-art Caesars Forum in Las Vegas, over the same dates of Oct. 5-7. This venue change is due to the Rio’s inability to simultaneously accommodate GSE Expo and the World Series of Poker.

“Caesars Entertainment prides itself on exceeding customer expectations and delivering exceptional meeting experiences. As such, due to the shift of the World Series of Poker into the Fall at the Rio Casino & Resort, we thought it was in the best of interest of both parties to move International GSE Expo to the brand-new Caesars Forum. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we are confident exhibitors and attendees alike will be pleased with the new meeting facility and their overall experience as a result,” said Lisa Messina, vice president of sales, Caesars Entertainment.

The dates and schedule for GSE will remain the same with no disruption. The newly-opened Caesars Forum will provide an upgraded experience for attendees and exhibitors including the following:

  • State-of-the-art venue
  • Expanded choice in hotel accommodations (Harrah’s, Paris and Caesars Palace) on the Monorail route
  • New $200 million renovation of Harrah’s hotel rooms and lobby
  • Closer proximity to The Linq Promenade and the Strip
  • No change in dates or schedule
  • Exclusive use of the Caesars Forum
  • Limited free indoor wifi in venue

“Though unexpected, the GSE Expo team and IAEMA are confident that this venue change is a long-overdue upgrade for the event. The brand-new Caesars Forum is an exceptional facility that features high-end amenities and a more convenient location. In addition, this move allows GSE Expo to move our host hotel to Harrah’s, which has just completed a $200 million dollar renovation to its lobby area and rooms. We are excited about this opportunity and look forward to hosting a highly-productive and successful event for our attendees and exhibitors,” said Missy Zingsheim, vice president/group publisher of GSE Expo and Michael Bloomfield, board chairperson of IAEMA in a joint statement.

Additional details will be made available soon and exhibitors can expect a new floorplan and exhibitor kit.
