Veera's Tarmac Bus is fully air conditioned and offers a Euro IV diesel engine with fully automatic Allison transmission and Axle Tech front steer drive axle to ensure a smooth, comfortable, safe and fast turnaround time. At 14.5m long, 3m wide and with three wider doors on either side, it's designed in accordance with IATA AHM 950 and offers a carrying capacity of 110 passengers to assist quick boarding and de-boarding.
Additional features include:
- Ultra-low floor - normal floor height of 370mm and kneeling height of 300mm.
- Ergonomically designed control elements and fully adjustable driver’s seat with air-conditioning unit.
- Excellent head room above the passenger to ensure comfortable rides.
- “Two way” exhaust system automatically directs the exhaust gases to the opposite side of the bus to where any doors are open.
- Two cameras on either side of the bus and one on rear of the bus.
- Entire vehicle controlled by multiplexing electrical system with on-board diagnostic tool,which is user friendly for fault identification and for troubleshooting.
- Wheelchair ramp facility on both sides to ensure smooth boarding and de-boarding for physically handicapped passengers.
