Noregon has announced its expansion into the off-highway equipment market, bringing its diagnostic expertise to a wide range of equipment. Noregon is well-known for its diagnostic and repair tools in the on-highway vehicle industry, including JPRO Professional and NextStep Repair.

Noregon, which was founded in 1993, has a major footprint in the on-highway market. Many of the top fleets in the country utilize Noregon’s products to keep their vehicles in peak condition, and the company works with many OEs including organizations like Allison Transmission and Volvo to develop diagnostic solutions.

“This is an exciting opportunity to build on what we have accomplished in the on-highway segment and extend it to the off-highway equipment market,” said Noregon’s President and Chief Operating Officer, Pam Marion. “Many of our customers service both on and off-highway assets and were disappointed by the lack of user-friendly diagnostic tools available for off-highway equipment. We saw this opportunity and are proud to begin offering JPRO to the off-highway marketplace.”

Noregon’s approach to this market segment began with adding coverage for construction and ground support equipment into JPRO, with agriculture coming later in the year and material handling to follow. JPRO currently supports manufacturers such as Caterpillar®, John Deere®, and Komatsu, and coverage will be added throughout the year separate from the application’s three major annual updates.

Off-highway coverage is available for JPRO subscribers at no additional cost, starting with the recent release of JPRO Professional 2023 v1.

“By simply updating their software, organizations can now repair off-highway equipment with the same tool they’ve trusted for on-highway vehicles for years,” explained Marion. “New and existing customers alike will reap the benefits of purchasing and training on a single application for their diagnostic needs.”
