ProFlo Industries expanded this week after acquiring the assets of Aero Paradise. Aero Paradise offers refurbished aircraft refueling equipment, maintenance, parts support, and meter calibrations with a based of operations in Cocoa, Florida.
“This acquisition allows us to be more efficient in our operations, cutting down on logistics time and costs when moving new equipment up from our ProFlo manufacturing facility in the free-trade zone within Colombia, South America,” president of ProFlo Industries Terry Bosserman explained. “In addition to the efficiency this acquisition brings, we will gain a strong team of experienced technicians that will allow us to service more customers in the refurbishment and maintenance of their refueling equipment.”
This acquisition will expand ProFlo’s ability to refurbish refueling equipment and service existing customers. Previously, the company performed refurbishment services at its Alvada, Ohio facility in addition to work being completed at PrimeFlight GSE Maintenance shops.
“We pride ourselves in having the most robust in-stock inventory in the industry,” Bosserman added. “This acquisition will allow us to continue to improve our turnaround times to meet our customers’ growing demand for both new and refurbished refueling equipment as well as ground service equipment as we continue to diversify our product offering both within North America and abroad.”
