ELAFLEX's aircraft refuelling hoses will be available with an improved neon marking in the near future. The new reflecting stripes increase safety, especially in low light situations.
For long and heavy hose assemblies ELAFLEX has developed Hose Beads 'BD' which notably improve the handling due to their good gliding effect; and additionally they protect against hose abrasion. Hose Beads 'BD' can be assembled without tools and are suitable for reeling.
The company's next generation overwing nozzle ZVF 50 has been well received by aircraft refuelling operators worldwide. It is conform to JIG rules, lightweight, has good handling properties, an extremely low holdopen force and sensitive flow control. ZVF 50 is available with a variety of equipment options. For the installation on board of airfield refuellers, a corresponding nozzle booth NB-ZVF 50 can be delivered.
ELAFLEX's partner and co-exhibitor MannTek will show their aviation product range: Dry Disconnect Couplings for the loading of anti-icing fluids; Dry Aviation Couplings for the loading of refuellers; Sampling, Vent or Drain Units as well as Full Flow and Ball Valves for refuellers.
